Curtis Aikens is a celebrity chef speaker, a produce supply company owner, cookbook author, and television personality. He has held such jobs in the food industry as food stylist for advertisements for corporate clients including Pillsbury, Pizza Hut, and McDonalds; and was the celebrity chef spokesperson for Del Monte Tropical Food Company.
Known as the “prince of produce”, Aikens has opened several produce companies throughout the United States over the years and has served corporate clients such as the Plaza Hotel in New York City and the cafeteria at the United Nations. Aikens has hosted several shows on Food Network including Pick of the Day, From My Garden, Meals without Meat, and Calling All Cooks which also starred celebrity chefs Ceci Carmichael, Cathy Ballou and Eric Boardman.
This celebrity chef speaker continues to make appearances on ABC’s Good Morning America, ABC-TV’s Home, Bloomberg Business Week, and Entertainment Tonight and frequently does cooking demonstrations for events like home and garden shows as well as speaking engagements in support of his commitment to literacy.
