Sports Speaker and track sprinter Carmelita Jeter is the 2011 IAAF World Champion in the 100 meters and won the 100 meter bronze medal at the 2007 World Championships in Athletics. Winning at the Shanghai Golden Grand Prix event with a 10.67 made her the second fastest woman ever in the 100 meter where she beat Marion Jones’s best. Carmelita Jeter currently holds three of the top ten times ever run.
In 2009, Carmelita won the 100 meter race at the IAAF World Athletics Final to become the third fastest women in history and set a championship record. This was the fastest in 12 years which was only beaten by Marion Jones and Florence Griffith-Joyner. Carmelita Jeter is available for sports clinics, sporting events and personal appearances.
