Home and Garden Speaker, furniture designer/maker, sculptor, finish carpenter and home improvement expert, Amy Devers has three college degrees–an AAS degree in Fashion Buying and Merchandising from SUNY-Fashion Institute of Technology, a BA in furniture design from San Diego State University and a MFA in furniture design at the Rhode Island School of Design.

Amy Devers is also a teacher, fabricator, contractor, and independent designer. She is versatile in wood, upholstery, metal, and plastics among others. Amy uses as many sustainable products as possible. Currently, she can be seen as the host and designer on A&E’s popular landscape makeover show, Fix This Yard, design/building solutions for deserving families on OWN’s Emmy-winning Home Made Simple, and hunting and gathering the compelling and delicious stories of local food growers and cultivators on Victory Garden’s edibleFEAST on PBS.  Amy is a regular contributor to lifestyle media, she has written Hands On With Amy Devers, an advice column for ReadyMade magazine, and Lifestyled, an advice column for Modern Ink magazine.Amy Devers is available for speaking engagements, personal appearances and product launch.
