Celebrity Chef Speaker Adam Richman is a self educated food expert and trained sushi chef. He hosted Host of the Travel Channel’s Man v. Food and Man v. Food Nation. Since 1995, Adam has kept a travel journal which included each of the restaurants he visited and what he learned from the trip. He has also hosted Man Finds Food on the Travel Channel and NBC’s Food Fighters. 

Author of America the Edible: A Hungry History from Sea to Dining Sea which was released in November 2010. Adam Richman was a spokesperson for Zantac and has appeared on the Food Network’s Iron Chef America as a judge during the battle with Gruyere cheese. Man v. Food premiered on Jun 1, 2011 and it documents Adam’s nearly encyclopedic knowledge of mouth-watering local specialties across the country. Adam has been honored with the CableFax award for Best Host and was named one of Yahoo’s ‘Most Facinating People in 2009.’ Adam Richman is available for speaking engagements, hosting and cooking demonstrations.
