Music artist, celebrity speaker, and television host/emcee, Pitbull has been associated with the music industry for over a decade and has released seven studio hip hop albums since his first album, M.I.A.M.I. in 2004. In 2009, he released his fourth album, Rebelution, which included his first hit single, I Know You Want Me. Pitbull’s first number one single on the Billboard Hot 100 came in 2011 with the song Give Me Everything from his album Planet Pit. A highly sought after rapper, Pitbull has worked with numerous notable music artists including Shakira, Christina Aguilera, Ne-Yo, Kesha, Lil Jon, Chris Brown, T-Pain and Jennifer Lopez.
Throughout his career, Pitbull has been nominated for and received several awards for his music. In 2012 he won the Billboard Music Award for Top Radio Song and he won a Latin Grammy Award in 2013 for Best Urban Performance. He has also made appearances performing on television shows including ABC’s Good Morning America, The View, Entertainment Tonight, Chelsea Lately, The X Factor, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, the Today Show, Shark Tank, and countless others. In 2013 Pitbull made his debut as a television personality as host of the American Music Awards.
Already a household name, Pitbull has partnered with several companies as a celebrity spokesperson. In 2010, he joined fellow music artists Drake and Rihanna in a campaign promoting Kodak. Pitbull has also partnered with brands including Budweiser, Dr. Pepper, Miami Subs Pizza and Grill, and Voli Vodka in product endorsement deals. He teamed up with Jacavi Worldwide and Parlux Ltd in 2013 to launch his fragrance line. He was chosen by FIFA and Sony Music to write and record “We Are One (Ole Ola) with Jennifer Lopez, which served as the official song of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
