Well known for her presence across numerous Food Network shows, celebrity Chef for hire Alex Guarnaschelli packs just as much punch as her food. Besides writing cookbooks Guarnaschelli has been hired by PEOPLE.com to write a weekly column where she blogs about her favorite seasonal ingredients, up and coming food trends and useful tips or tricks for the kitchen.
