While in high school, Jimmy Kimmel began hosting a Sunday night interview show on UNVL’s college station KUNV. Attending Arizona State University, Jimmy landed his first paying job as a morning drive co-host of The Me and Him Show at KZOK-FM in Seattle, Washington. He briefly held a position at a station in Tampa before going to Palm Springs, California; where he convinced Carson Daly to drop out of college to become his intern.
Opposite Ben Stein, Jimmy Kimmel began his TV career on the game show Win Ben Stein’s Money on Comedy Central in 1997 and the pair won an Emmy Award for Best Game Show Host. Making appearances on The Man Show, in 2003 he left the show to host his late-night talk show, Jimmy Kimmel Live! on ABC. Jimmy has also appeared as Jimmy the Fox Guy in promos for the Fox network and has done on-air football prognosticator for Fox NFL Sunday. In 2012, Jimmy hosted the 64th Primetime Emmy Awards for the first time in his career. Jimmy Kimmel Live! is in its 13th season with ABC.
Jimmy Kimmel is passionate about his charity work and co-founded the annual LA Feast of San Gennaro, which celebrates culture with entertainment, music and delicious food. Jimmy is available for speaking engagements, corporate events and personal appearances.
